Sleepwalking

August 2, 2011 at 7:58 pm (Uncategorized)

School’s already in it’s 16th week but I’m still sleeping through this course of mine. No revisions done until now plus I don’t even really concentrate in class. I’m living student life like I’m still an ITE student, always thinking I will surely pass my exams/test. At the rate I’m going, I don’t think I can even be in the GPA range of 3.5. I’d better start to do something immediately or I will suffer in the exam halls in 3 weeks time.

I have been away from this internet journal of mine for a long time and it feels like I have so much to rant about. Till then putos.

It has been ages and I just feel like going in WordPress and read back on my previous posts.

Anyway, life has been quite interesting for me. I have finished with my National Service on the 5th May 2011 as a Full-time Police National Service Officer. I miss donning the uniform so much! It’s exciting to be part of something that lets you know more about the darkside of the country we live in.

That aside, I’m currently pursuing a diploma in one of the local polytechnic. I’m loving it there for the fact that I don’t need to work. Being a student is more fun than working minus the part where you always don’t have enough money for yourself. I made a promise to myself that I will change my ways when I start life as a student.
3 Things:
1 – Quit smoking (I went cold turkey on the 7th July 2011)
2 – Join a Sports CCA (I’m in Track & Field)
3 – No grades should go beyond a B. (So far, so good)

So what is up for me next?
1 – Enrol and book BTT A.S.A.P
2 – Exams in 3 weeks time
3 – Attachments on the 29th Aug
4 – POL-ITE Track & Field meet on the month of October.

Until then, Happy Fasting during Ramadhan, my muslim brothers and sisters!

Rat Race

February 4, 2011 at 9:33 pm (Uncategorized)

Working on public holidays that are considered auspicious to some is fun! Most of them think it’s unlucky to step into a police station during these days which means, less people making reports! Anyway, 45 more shifts to ORD!

It’s human nature to challenge our peers even though we don’t say it out. Like, “”I must be able to do this better than him.”"I must get better grades than him.”" Y’know, stuffs like that. Well, this things can be considered healthy competition to spur ourselves on but for whatever reason. It could move on to jealousy and in turn, sour the relationship between two individuals. Whatever for? Just sayin’

68 more days of working

December 21, 2010 at 6:48 pm (Uncategorized)

As the title suggests, 68 more days of working = 34 tours of duty to go! Goes to say, Mr Ashley Munchykins from the 142nd intake is my replacement before I O-R-D. Sweet. I return my warrant card, he gets one but who cares! I’d rather be studying/working. Hah!

Farhan zombie asked me out for fishing at Ubin this Saturday! I’m so going.

Time for me to shoot down  militia on my Xbox. Hoo-ah!

Let’s jump the bandwagon!

October 5, 2010 at 9:39 pm (Uncategorized)

Like Facebook, Tweeting is such a phenomenon. Every single second, you get someone posting their daily occurance.

1 second ago: Yay! It’s out!

3 seconds ago: It’s coming!

5 seconds ago: Gosh! How come it’s so hard?!

4 minutes 23 seconds ago: In the toilet, clearing my bowels.

5 minute 5 seconds ago : I think I might have to go relief myself.

Attention seeking, much? Who know’s I’m going to jump the bandwagon and post tweets too? Read the rest of this entry »
