So, only now do I have time and energy for a post.

Well, I got back from KL yesterday at 4.30am. There was no bus or MRT service that early so I had no choice but to take a taxi home. Had a quick shower and a quick nap before heading to the hospital.

Back then at the convention, I had quite an experience! Going out with the FTC mates is very fun. A bunch of cool, fun people who goes all the way out to help others and also, they never fail to have fun! The atmosphere back at the convention IS amazing! With all the Amway distributors from parts of Malaysia and also Singapore, we made it into such a joyful day. We listened to 4 leaders from Malaysia talk and of course, there was the entertainment part. Anuar Zain and JJ Lin was there to sing for us! Even though I’m no fan of theirs, I do like their song performance. Overall, the experience was just so exhilarating. I didn’t take any photos there but I’ll post it here if I get to have my hands on them.

ANYWAY, attachment has been quite okay for me. Not stressful at all. It’s of Surgical Discipline so I get patients getting in and out of the ward quite often. I still have to get used to the setting before I can get my butt moving to achieve nursing skills. Our CP lecturer, Ms Mazni is a nice, dedicated teacher I’d say. She heard news of me and Khai’s deed back then at 1.2 and she told us not to make any nonsense of that sort. We had a laugh about it and of course, no more shit in Year 2.

I’d better get going to read up my theory. Got to be ready for achievement of skills.

Time flies

June 21, 2008 at 11:20 pm (Uncategorized)

My two weeks of holiday is ending soon. Very soon. Monday will be the first day of attachment and I’ve already got everything ready in my bag.

Anyway, had a session of soccer with the mates. Got home at around 9pm. Now, I’m dead tired and I’ll be setting off for Kuala Lumpur tomorrow morning at 8am and I’ll go off for attachment on the Monday morning without going home. I think I’ve packed the essentials. Who cares anyway. It’s just for 1 day. What’s important is, I’ve got my things prepared for attachment.

Till then, a better post. Goodnight Earthlings.

Plain Stupid or Naive?

June 20, 2008 at 8:56 pm (Uncategorized)

You know, I find it stupid when people whine that their life sucks and all. That things don’t turn out right all the time, that everyone else’s life is better than theirs. Even better, life sucks because it’s fate. When they call it fate, they start praying to god and all and surrender it to well, fate.

  1. Life doesn’t suck.
  2. It will suck depending on how you run it.
  3. No use praying to god when there’s no actions to change your “sucky” life.
  4. Even when there’s actions and life still sucks, most probably actions are all wrong and god just doesn’t see why your prayers should be answered.

I know this subject. Maybe I don’t know this particular subject well. Apparently, this subject claims that life suck. Judging on how this subject runs it’s life, no doubt that it turns out to be “sucky”. Of course, friends have given plenty of advice. Subject still chooses to follow own’s heart and guts feelings. It turns out that there’s still no changes. As a matter of fact, the same cycle goes on and on. Subject never fails to cry during prayers(I believe it happens). Thinking that things would somehow change for the better, subject does nothing except for prayers. I admire that subject for surrending to god and fate. It show’s patience in a person but hey, being too naive has its bad points.

We, as beings prone to reality, have to be realistic. Praying does has its effects but to be realistic, one has to do something. That something is what we call realistic actions. Sadly, this particular subject isn’t being realistic and to make it worse, this subject is currently living in it’s own fairytale world where miracles come true. No doubt that fairytales do happen to people but come on, it’s like one in a million. Maybe, a fairytale “fate” is written for this particular subject. We never know because it’s one in a million!

On a side note, be aware that names and genders are not used in this post. Any coincidence to any living person’s life events is unevitable. Unevitable because things like this do happen. Nevertheless, I apologize.

One night

June 18, 2008 at 9:16 am (Uncategorized)

Okay, my bad. I thought the convention was going to be somewhere in Singapore. I thought it would be held at Suntec! It was only last night at FTC that I clarified everything with  Ridhuan.

So the convention would be held at Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur. I would need to be at the ICA carpark by 8am on Sunday, 22nd June. We’d be heading there by a chartered bus and of course, we’d need our passports. The whole thing would end by evening and HOPEFULLY, the bus reaches Singapore by 6am on Monday because, my dear hospital attachment starts on the 23rd June at 8am! Which clearly means that I will be back home at around 5pm because I still need to work. How exciting could it get? o.o

Anyway, I’m looking forward to this convention. I’m going there without any family members around but just fellow FTC mates. I’vent told my parents about this but I’m pretty sure they would’nt have any problem with that if I reason out. Oh, and I can’t wait to see her on Sunday!*grins* I’m such a naughty boy. I really should’nt harbour any feelings. XD

Till then, So long and Goodbye.
